Swirly cotton wraparound skirt
Description
Wear this swirly wraparound skirt your way by changing the amount of each fabric visible. The two fabrics are a plain dark blue indigo Malkha cotton, and Malkha organic cotton that features the ‘Scooter’ block print by Bindaas Unlimited, custom-made for Aalayam using natural dyes.
Tie the extensions of the waistband at either side, back or front.
Sizing
Fits waist sizes 30 - 40", hip upto 46”, length 38”.
Typically the skirt will go around you 1.5 times; you may choose to wear a skirt slip to enhance the drape.
Care instructions
Before the first wash, soak your skirt in cold salt water for 5 minutes. This helps fix the natural dyes used in this material.
Preferably wash separately, by hand. Dip in mild liquid soap or shampoo; do not soak. Rinse well in cold water, dry inside out in shade. Iron on reverse.
