This material is custom-printed for Aalayam by Punarnawa, using our own blocks which are inspired by Chittara wall art of North Karnataka.
Sizing
Fits waist sizes 30 - 40", hip upto 46”, length 38”.
Typically the skirt will go around you 1.5 times; you may choose to wear a skirt slip to enhance the drape.
Care instructions
Before the first wash, soak your skirt in cold salt water for 5 minutes. This helps fix the natural dyes used in this material.
Preferably wash separately, by hand. Dip in mild liquid soap or shampoo; do not soak. Rinse well in cold water, dry inside out in shade. Iron on reverse.
