Shipping

We offer free shipping across India, and aim to dispatch your product(s) to the shipping address provided at checkout within 2-3 working days of your order. We ship through reputed and trusted private courier companies. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking details that you can use on our shipping partner’s website. 

 Our products are dispatched from our base in Bangalore, through our courier partners, who have full control over shipping times.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not working days.

Returns

Our products are made with great care, to the highest quality standards. As our products are handmade, some imperfections are intrinsic to the nature of our textiles and crafts, and should not be mistaken for defects. 

If you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, you can return your item to us. You have 10 days from the date of delivery of your product(s) to contact us for a return. You can get in touch with us on social media, email us at hello@shopaalayam.com, or call us on +91 9243114425. 

The product must be unused, unworn, and with the original tags still attached. Once we have received the product, and ascertained its condition, we will process a full refund of the cost of the item. The refund will be made to the payment method used at checkout.

Please note that customised products are not eligible for a refund. 

Aalayam reserves full discretion to determine when and whether or not a refund is to be issued, and the quantum of this refund.
